2020年是全面建成小康社会和“十三五”规划的收官之年,是实现第一个百年奋斗目标,为“十四五”良好开局打下更好基础的关键之年,也是全面提升工程品质,打造工程建设品牌的关键一年。济高高速各参建单位积极响应号召,围绕“质量为本、安全第一”,以创建“李春奖”、争创“鲁班奖”为目标,努力打造“样板工程”、“标杆工程”。以创建品质工程为己任,狠抓科技创新,高标准、严要求的开展各项工作,尤其是在工作开展中积极开发微小创新,保证建设质量,并及时对其进行了总结,具体情况如下:

一、自制机械连接检测小工具,快速、便捷地检测套筒机械质量。

(一)传统检测方式

控制车丝质量,长度,套丝数量;用钢尺直接量测,判定是否合格。缺点:检测速度慢,效率低,误差大。

(二)优化改进

在带有刻度的钢板尺上锯切精度要求较高的套筒卡槽,制作成型的钢筋连接紧密性检测工具,此工具检测精度高,能直观判断出钢筋连接的紧密性是否满足要求,根据测出的误差,工人快速的知道再拧几丝就合格。

(三)创新后效果

用创新制作的检测工具检测钢筋连接紧密性,轻便快速,检测精度高,缩短工序检测时间,提高检测工作效率;直观判断是否合格,根据误差,快速知道需拧紧丝距,提高施工效率。

二、发明一种检测桥梁钻孔灌注桩沉淀层厚度的检测盒,可以直观地对沉淀层厚度进行检测。

(一)传统检测方式

对桥梁钻孔灌注桩成孔后沉淀层厚度的检测基本分为四种方法。一是同一种吊锤、同一种吊法,某两次测得孔深之差。二是量取钻具下到地面以下长度作为孔底深度,测绳测得深度作为沉渣顶面深度,二者之差为沉渣厚度。三是"测针测饼法":下放测针,测得深度作为孔底深度;下放测饼,测得深度作为沉渣顶面深度,二个数据之差为沉渣厚度。四是同一种吊锤。先轻轻下放,测得深度作为沉渣顶面深度。再抖动下放,测得深度作为孔底深度,二者之差为沉渣厚度。上述方法各有利弊,精确度不尽相同。本发明提出一种用于钻孔后测量桩底沉淀层厚度的检测盒,制作简单,操作方便,可视度高,现场可操作性强。

(二)优化改进

根据设计和规范要求,针对不同的沉淀层深度要求,可对应制作符合要求的检测盒。检测盒内部中空,在规定的沉淀层深度处有开口,可使超过规定深度的沉淀钻渣进入盒子内。检测盒为金属制作,另外在其上部增加钢筋节段进行配重,重量足以让其依靠自重下沉至沉淀层底部。

(三)创新后效果

该检测盒小巧轻便,加工制作简单,耗材少,造价低,可操作性强,可直观判断沉淀厚度。消除了传统方法中靠人手感判断厚度的误差。精确度高,对钻孔灌注桩成桩质量提供了基础数据,可有效杜绝沉淀层厚度过大造成的桩底成型不好,从而导致的桩质量不合格的情况发生。

三、发明一种消除预应力致梁板端部损坏的装配式台座及施工方法,有效地消除了预应力导致的梁板端部损坏问题。

(一)现状

桥梁工程中梁板一般为预应力梁板,对梁板施加预应力,能够提高构件的抗弯能力和刚度,增加构件的耐久性。先张法空心板是对构件进行张拉施加预应力再浇筑混凝土,待混凝土达到一定强度后,进行放张预应力。后张法工艺是在浇筑混凝土后,对梁板进行张拉作业。在实际施工中,对于先张法经常出现张拉预应力,在放张后发生板端底部位置破损;对于后张法此问题是发生在预应力张拉后。原因分析主要是因为施加预应力后,梁板将产生向上的反拱,梁板两端成为受力支点。梁板自重下压,受力面积过小,导致端头底部破损。

(二)优化改进

随着科技的进步,预制梁板台座由传统的混凝土底座,逐渐发展为钢结构装配式底座。装配式台座具有结构简单和承载能力大的特点,能够方便平稳铺设,大幅缩短施工时间,且装配式台座为钢结构,拆卸方便,可二次回收利用,各种管线如蒸汽、电、常流水、自动喷淋、压缩空气等管道可以埋设在台座下方空间内,管路布局合理,现场文明施工好。

1.梁板台座端部活节段可升降,台座支腿设计为可伸缩形式。底部增设千斤顶,做为升降台座的设备,台座支腿做为辅助稳固台座的作用。

2.梁板台座端部活节段与台座其他部分连接采用短节段连接。

3.短节段连接形式设计为上窄下宽式接口,方便拆卸。

4.在台座和梁板间增加了支座,预应力作用后,梁板上拱由于支座的作用,梁板端部和台座不直接接触,留有空隙,避免了梁板端底部混凝土破损。

5.四氟滑板支座采用双面可滑动结构形式,在预应力作用后,特别是先张法板在放张预应力时,板将产生纵向滑移,四氟滑板支座可帮助板滑动,从而避免了板在滑移过程中和台座的直接接触。

(三)创新后效果

该消除张拉导致梁板端部损坏的装配式台座及其施工方法创新,对提高桥梁梁板施工技术水平具有引领作用。可增强桥梁的使用寿命,增加其耐久性,减少桥梁损坏引起的维护保养,减轻交通压力。采用千斤顶对台座活节段进行升降,可减轻工人劳动强度。

梁板混凝土破坏后将会导致整体强度和完整性降低,结构受力产生变化,对上部荷载的承受能力降低,存在质量和安全隐患。该创新可有效解决梁板在张拉中存在的端部混凝土破损的情况发生,对梁板整体性起到保护作用,以免因端头破损导致梁板报废,造成经济损失。
